Are you spending quality time with your loved ones,friends, and relatives? In today’s highly stressful life it should be the top priority for everyone.Below is my youtube video on the same topic:
In this video I am highlighting the need for the way we should spend everyday the quality way.Everyone of us is subjected to a number of distractions like TV,Social Media and Mobile.We feel we have enough time at our disposal.We are under the assumption that death strikes only at the elderly age.So the ‘Yama’- The God of Death would come to me only when I am 70 or 80.And yet that is not the case.We do not have a tacit agreement with him.
As a matter of fact each day of our life could be the last day of this life time.So we should be thankful to the infinite intelligence early in the morning we at least could get up and stand on our feet,while there were a bunch of unfortunate guys who went to bed and never woke up again to stand on their feet.
We should treat each day as if it were the last day and lead life to the fullest.This is possible if we have physical and mental fitness intact.We could do physical exercise for body and meditation for mental fitness.'Vipassana meditation' is highly recommended by me.If you do not know any thing about it or if you have not tried it so far then you are missing something great in life.
In this video I highlighted the fact that we have limited time at our disposal in this world.So whilst we are here let’s remain in the present and do as much possible to make this world a better place to live in. In order to live life to the fullest just keep your physical fitness and mental fitness intact. I have not mentioned in this short video the importance of this ,yet that remains there by default. In this very life time with already dwindling resources, if we are not healthy mentally and physically, then that will further shorten our life span. Be present in whatever you do and live life to the fullest and leave this world a better place to live in.
